She belongs to a Punjabi family. When she was born her parents live in New Delhi. She joined her schooling at Army Public School Dhaula Kuan.

She started her career as a model in her college life. In 2009, she also continued her starring debut in the Canadian film Gilli. In 2009, she made her Telugu debut in the film Keratam.
She also made her Tamil debut in the film Thadaiyara Thaakka. In 2014, she also started acting in the Hindi debut film Yaariyan.
Brand Ambassador:
In 2014, she was appointed as brand ambassador by the government state, Telangana for her program Beti Bachao, Betiao Parhao.
Gyms Work:
She runs three functional training gyms of F45 Training. Her two gyms are in Hyderabad in the place suburbs of Gachibowli and Kokapet. But the other gyms are in Visakhapatnam.

Rakul Singh is the daughter of Rajender Singh ( Father) and Kulwinder Singh (Mother). She has also only one younger brother named Aman Preet Singh. But her father is an Indian Army Officer. She is a very beautiful actress.
